Ingredients
3/4 lb cooked skinless boneless chicken breast - cut into bite-sized pieces
1 rib of celery - diced
1/3 cup unsweetened dill pickle - finely diced
1/3 cup grapes - cut in halves
1/4 cup reduced calorie (light) mayonnaise
2 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream
2 Tbsp fresh parsley - chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a large bowl; mix until blended
Optional: Add on top of choice of salad greens or add low-calorie wheat bread to make a sandwich (bread will add points to total)
