About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb cooked skinless boneless chicken breast - cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 rib of celery - diced

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened dill pickle - finely diced

  • 1/3 cup grapes - cut in halves

  • 1/4 cup reduced calorie (light) mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream

  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley - chopped

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl; mix until blended

  2. Optional: Add on top of choice of salad greens or add low-calorie wheat bread to make a sandwich (bread will add points to total)
