If you're having fun doing it, you may fool your brain into thinking you're not excercising
Working out is torture. Our parts don't work anymore, we barely have energy to go to the kitchen to grab a bag of chips, and we no longer have the motivation or the dedication to keep at it because we know darn well we'll never look like we used to.
What's a menopausal woman to do? Make it fun!
